Research has shown Nottingham Forest’s City Ground to be the 12th safest UK football stadium with an average of 0.24 incidents per 100 attendants.
This is 11% fewer than West Ham’s London stadium with 0.27 incidents per 100 people, on average.
That’s according to the latest study from Scams.info who analysed police data and found over 70 million crime and anti-social behaviour incidents in the vicinity of football stadiums across the UK.
They were therefore able to rank the stadiums with the most and least criminal activity nearby.

The UK football stadium with the lowest crime rate was Brighton and Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium with 0.04 incidents per 100 attendants followed by Manchester United’s Old Trafford with 0.06.
Some of the highest were in Northern Ireland.
